SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the text messaging program (“Program”) offered by Major Aesthetics LLC (“Major Aesthetics,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Program Description

When you opt in, Major Aesthetics may send you text messages (SMS/MMS) related to our coaching services, including appointment reminders, program check-ins, service updates, and occasional promotional messages.

2. How to Opt In

You can opt in to receive text messages by checking the SMS consent box on your subscription contract or text START to (240) 248-9561. By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided, and you consent to receive automated and non-automated text messages from us. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

3. How to Opt Out

You can cancel the Program at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send you a one-time confirmation message, after which you will no longer receive text messages from us. If you want to rejoin, you can opt in again as described above.

5. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on the services you subscribe to and the offers available. We will not send messages more than necessary for the service you’re subscribed to. For example, if you receive in person training three times per week, you will receive three message reminders that week and if we’re running an special offer that week, you will receive that as well. We will not spam messages unnecessarily.

6. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply to each message sent to you or by you, depending on your mobile carrier's plan. Major Aesthetics is not responsible for any charges from your wireless carrier.

7. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.

8. Supported Carriers

The Program is available on most major wireless carriers.

9. Privacy

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at [LINK TO PRIVACY POLICY]. We do not sell or share your mobile opt-in information or phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when we post the updated Terms, and we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
